Abstract: Hubei is an important grain-producing province of China and rice is the largest grain crop in Hubei. It’s an important measure to stabilize grain production through developing the“rice+” model and also the basic principle of agricultural supply-side structural reform. In this paper, we expounded the working mechanism of “rice+” cooperative promotion mode in Hubei province, pointed out the problem that the industrial development is not balanced, the technical model is not accurate and the “one principal and multiple” mechanism is not smooth, and put forward some countermeasures to promote the high quality development of “rice+” cooperative extension in Hubei Province.

摘要： 湖北省是我国重要的粮食生产大省，水稻是湖北第一大粮食作物，发展“水稻+”绿色高效模式是稳定湖北粮食生产的重要举措，是农业供给侧结构性改革的基本遵循。本文论述了湖北省“水稻+”协同推广模式工作机制，指出了产业发展不够平衡、技术模式不够精准、“一主多元”机制不够顺畅等问题，提出了促进湖北省“水稻+”协同推广高质量发展的相关对策措施。
